Advocacy & Law

The Jamaica Environment Trust operates the country's largest environmental education program, the Schools Environment Program, and we coordinate a network of secondary school environmental clubs called the Student Environment Network. We also organize field trips and environmental events, we operate a Recycling Depot at Earth House and conduct an Annual Beach Clean up. In 2003, JET began activities in Environmental Advocacy and we are now coordinating campaigns on specific environmental issues.
